CATERING INFORMATION
A deposit is required to hold the day of your event and is non-refundable. Only clients with deposits will be guaranteed service on the day of their event and added to our calendar. A general count is needed (10) ten days prior to your event. A final count and final payment is due (7) days prior to your event. It is possible to increase your headcount up to 3 days before your event with payment due upon change. Our chef will provide for an additional 5% over your final count for your convenience. We will charge at a minimum for the final count given or if greater the actual number of guests served. All food, beverages and services are subject to the Florida sales tax rate of 7%. All food and beverage services are subject to a flat 15% service charge. All drop-off and pick-up food services are subject to a 15% service charge.
Le Cheesecake recommends one server for every 20 guests for a sit down event or one server for every 25 guests for a buffet event. Our rate per server, chef, or bartender is $75.00 per 5-hour event. Extended service is available at $15 per hour per service personnel.
Due to state regulations and state law we are unable to allow food and alcoholic beverages from leaving the event venue. However we will provide care packages for bride and grooms to take with them at the end of their event.
Le Cheesecake uses only the highest of quality products in the preparation of your event. Due to market conditions prices are subject to change without notice.
All prices are based on 75 - 100 guests. For special arrangements speak to one of our catering consultants. Paradise Catering can create a custom menu to fit your special event. We also invite you to create your own menu and give it your special touch.
Le Cheesecake offers a full line of gourmet wedding cakes for your wedding as well as gourmet coffee service including espresso bars.
Le Cheesecake also offers a variety of additional services at an additional charge from linens, glassware, flatware, china, plastic ware and paper goods.
